Purchases are not advertised as available during NarraMesh's current closed-test preparation. If you have a NarraMesh charge, start with the store named on the receipt. Google Play or Apple handles the store transaction and applies its current refund rules. NarraMesh does not promise that a request will be approved, how much will be refunded, or when funds will arrive.
Google Play purchases
Google says refund eligibility can vary by what you bought, when and how you paid, and where you are located. Sign in with the Google Account shown on the receipt to submit a request or manage a subscription.
App Store purchases
Apple says some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund. Sign in with the Apple Account shown on the receipt to request a refund. Subscription cancellation is a separate action.
Subscriptions, coins, and virtual items
Cancel a subscription in the store that bills it to stop a future renewal according to the date that store shows. Uninstalling NarraMesh or deleting a NarraMesh account does not cancel store billing, and cancellation is not itself a refund request.
Coin packs and other one-time virtual-item purchases are not subscriptions. Submit any refund request for those transactions through the store that issued the receipt. Virtual currency is not redeemable for cash. If a store refunds or revokes a transaction, the associated coins, items, or subscription access may be removed from the NarraMesh account.
If the store result and your account do not match
After the store has updated the transaction, use the NarraMesh support form if the purchase or entitlement still appears incorrectly. Include the store name, transaction or order ID, purchase date, and your NarraMesh ID. Do not send a password or full card, bank, or payment-account details.
